Every charcuterie board wants to be the life of the party. It wants to be the magnet that draws people together and the thing that, weeks later, guests can’t stop talking about:

“Remember that incredible charcuterie board…?”

You can help a charcuterie board achieve its dream by simply choosing great cheese. Cheese, after all, is the star of every charcuterie board, the thing that unlocks the door to a world of extraordinary flavor. When you choose the best cheeses for your charcuterie board, you’ll give your guests an amazing taste and texture experience – and help your charcuterie board live its best life.

Just about any jelly or jam can be placed on your board, however, I suggest if you have the fresh fruit there is no reason to place the fruit jelly or jam on the board also.

Grape / Orange Marmalade / Strawberry / Raspberry / Boisenberry / Blueberry / Raspberry – etc.

Spreads & Dips

I recently walked the aisles of Trader Joe’s and Fresh Foods and found many different and unique spreads and dips.  I suggest you check them out.  Usually on an end cap by themselves.  Here are some of my favorites:

Extra Virgin Olive Oil                        Balsamic Vinegar

Spicy Seeded Mustard            Honey (don’t forget the dipper)

Spices

Fresh herbs can be added to the board like, Sea Salt, Parsley, Thyme, Rosemary, Sage, Dill, Chives, Tarragon, Sprigs of Rosemary, & Mint Leaves.
